About Brian Guiltinan

Brian's influence extends beyond individual transactions. In 2006, he played a pivotal role in the acquisition of his highly productive company by Prudential California Realty, now part of Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway empire. 

Driven by a vision to serve his affluent clientele with a tailored approach, Brian reacquired his agency in 2012. This move allowed him to assemble a team of seasoned luxury residential specialists, laying the foundation for The Guiltinan Group, known for its discreet and meticulous management of client investments. 

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Brian is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service. He played a pivotal role in revitalizing the Torrey Pines Pop Warner Football league, providing a safe and positive environment for young athletes. He also served in leadership roles for the Naval Special Forces Family Foundation, advocating for the support of active duty Navy SEALS and their families. 

Beyond his professional and philanthropic pursuits, Brian has made a mark in land development, successfully securing approvals for a 7-acre oceanfront property in Del Mar. 

Brian Guiltinan is not only a leader in the real estate industry but also a devoted family man. He and his wife Hallie, married for 22 years, reside in Rancho Santa Fe with their three children, Conor, Parker, and Hope. Their active involvement in community events reflects their deep-rooted commitment to the well-being of the community they call home.
